Hello, I’m Robert Hunt.
I am a business owner and the forum leader of REF Dallas.
I have been a leader in Marketing and Sales for most of my career, but I found my true calling in 2013 when I began to focus on working with business owners and CEOs here in DFW to help them become better versions of themselves. This pivot was not just a career change but a profound commitment to impacting lives and businesses in the DFW area.
Through REF in Dallas, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most innovative minds in business, fostering an environment where challenges are seen as opportunities for growth.
In addition to my role as a forum leader, I am deeply committed to leadership coaching. This aspect of my work allows for a more personalized approach, where I can engage one-on-one with leaders like you, emphasizing accountability and the pursuit of excellence.
My Writing Journey
My journey as an author is an extension of my passion for leadership excellence. Through my books, I aim to reach a broader audience, sharing strategies, stories, and wisdom that can transform the way we think about leadership, accountability, and personal growth.
My latest work, ‘Nobody Cares (Until You Do)’, co-authored with Salem Thyne, explores the crucial shift from a victim mindset to one of victory and accountability. This book represents the culmination of the principles we advocate in our forums, providing readers with a practical guide to taking ownership of their success.
