Too often, people end up living life as a victim, without really knowing they have the power to be victorious. Life is hard either way, but when you take accountability for everything in your life, you gain the power to change anything in your life.

I often hear from leaders that they want their teams to be more accountable. Your job as CEO is to build a culture where your team is freed up to take accountability for their actions and lead with confidence. The first step is to teach them the tools to see where they are living life as a victim, and instead learn how to own it. That is what our book is about.
